Advanced Meditation Immersion

Deepening a meditation practice requires time and consistency, and can be greatly enhanced by experiencing retreat type settings with immersive, consecutive prolonged sittings.  Only then can a stronger foundation be established and deeper meditative states experienced.  We will meditate in progressively longer intervals of 20, 30, and 40 minute sessions, along with questions, feedback, and guidance...for a one of a kind experience!  This class is ideal for those who can comfortably meditate for at least 15 minutes and desire to push themselves to the next level.
