Learning the basics of meditation is easy and freely available for anyone but may be difficult for beginners to actually sustain a successful home practice and experience tangible benefits. This class is meant to instill confidence to successfully sustain a consistent meditation practice and experience deeper states of relaxation of the body and mind. We start with the basics along with special tips and guidance, and then move into progressively longer practice sessions of 5, 10, and 15 minutes to ground the process. This is not about a technique but about helping the beginner dive into the transformative experience of meditation.
