About The Event
This is an immersive sound experience using voice and gentle instrumentation to help calm the nervous system. Â When the body comes into this relaxed state, deep insight and healing are given the space to come into the foreground. Â A sound bath is a great way to slow down and give yourself some extra love and care.
This event is facilitated by Laura Mayo and will take place in the Karuna Center Studio.
