Full health evaluation including history, consultation, and exams. Stressor Diagnosis and Treatment Priority Scan. Personalized Health Recovery Plan along with Special Program recommendations.

Full chiropractic evaluation including history, consultation, and exams. This exam is strictly for those seeking holistic chiropractic care only for issues concerning the spine, pelvis, and nervous system.

Old Patient Return Evaluation - $50 (30 min)

Full evaluation for patients who have not been in over 6 months.
